We can only treat the areas of the face which are free from skin conditions, or infections. Women who are pregnant or nursing should not receive cosmetic injections at this time.

A neuromodulator derived from purified type A botulinum toxin, this treatment works to temporarily relax the muscles that assist with facial contractions, allowing the overlying skin to become smoother over time. Are there comparable cosmetic injections?

BOTOX is a certain type of wrinkle reducer that competes within a multitude of other comparable brands, including Jeuveau®, XEOMIN®, and Dysport®. All of these wrinkle relaxer options contain botulinum toxin type A; however, each is formulated a little differently to target specific problems.

Is there a difference between fillers and wrinkle relaxers?

While wrinkle reducers are provided to diminish facial lines by temporarily preventing your muscle contractions, fillers are a different collection of cosmetic formulations that improve facial volume.
